CHINESE NAIL MAKING MACHINE
The high-speed CHINESE nail making machine is used to produce common nail for the building material & Construction industry. There are the most popular five different models from 1/2″, 1″, 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ length to produce different lengths of common wire nails. Furthermore, this kind of nails making machine does not only produce a standard specification common nail but also for different kinds of special nail.

Our Nails making machine is equipped with three forming tools with a different function:
1. The cutters are to make a sharp point of a nail to cut it off.
2. The grippers are grip the wire to form a nail head by punching.
3. The punch hits the wire end and makes the head.
This machine is also available to produce twisted shank roofing nail but the nail’s grooves must be formed in wire drawing procession. The material must for Q195 with zinc plated and heat treatment.
