Introduction of Wire drawing machine
We use high speed wire drawing machine to produce different gauges nails making wire. The operation of wire drawing machine is very simple and convenient. Meanwhile, when wire broken, need use extra equipments, like a wire welding machine, a wire pointing machine, etc.
Wire Drawing Machine has a heavy structure, drawing drum and drawing die boxes. We use Phosphorous bronze gears with high carbon axle steel worms. Many different thicknesses Drawing Wires are available, such as 1.8mm, 2.4mm, 2.8mm 3.15mm, 4.2mm, 5.0mm.
The drawn wire is suitable for wire nails, roofing nails, Barbed Wire, Wire Mesh, etc.

How to install a wire drawing machine?
- In the workshop, near the wall, 15 meters long at least. 4 meter width at least. From left to right normall.
- Start with the wire rod，3 meter width,put wire rod in the roll holder. Make one tip through the wheel of top.
- then fix to the first drum of wire drawing machine: use the polishing machine or polishing tools to make the tip smooth and sharp, then pull it to the first drum.
- The same way to the second and the third drum.
- The end is the collecting roll.
Some times it broken if too tight. We need use welded machine to connect the two wire in one.
